Zooom works via simple keyboard shortcuts. Once these are pressed you can click on any part of an application window and move it around. To improve movement, you can activate magnetics in Zooom. The application will also allow you to select how much time windows take to appear under your cursor.

True, you should probably survive without Zooom around. All in all, the application takes care of a minor issue that most Mac users probably will not worry about. If you do hate clicking on title bars to move windows however, then Zooom should be a welcome addition on your Mac.
